  walked in with a friend to look at some accessories. The staff was distant but always on us whenever we looked at items. my buddy ended up getting a belt and matching wallet. the staff treated us like we weren't good enough until we spent 400 in the store. go to the cherry creek location. they treat you good regardless of how much you spend.

  This was the best shopping experience I've ever had while shopping at a coach store. The staff were friendly, welcoming, extremely helpful and went far and beyond what I expected to help me find what I was looking for. They knew when to check on me while I was shopping and when to step back and let me have my space to browse and think about what I needed/wanted. I will definitely be making this my #1 go to coach store from here on out! I absolutely LOVE my new purchase!
