  If you want good customer service for shoes. I advise you go somewhere else. I felt bad my in-laws bought me a pair of brown UGGS which I already had so I traded them in for a black pair, which was even cheaper. After wearing them for 2 days they made my feet turn black and they were a bit tIght. I did not have the receipt, but the yellow pop sticker which is considered your receipt as well. The store manager showed up and was very disrespectful pretty much calling me a liar and stated it was not their box or shoes because the shoes were fake. I requested she contact loss prevention to pull video footage because it was under two weeks, which she refused and as that I leave. I have been shopping there for over 20 years and will not go there ever again. I made friends from some employees and they all say "Susan" treats them horrible. I believe if I was dressed like her and acted like her she would have helped me, but when your running errands and wearing sweats, you are treated differently. Corporate needs to look into this article

  On Dec 21, 2017 I headed to the sunglass department with 500.00 cash in hand to buy a pair of Ray Bans for my husband and myself...after our interaction with the rude uninterested male employee working this section, we left and went to Macy's where we got 5 star service and love our new sunglasses!
