  My family had terrible customer service experience at this store. Totally incompetent employees and management. I learned just how dishonest the employees and H&M corporate are. I believe that Department Manager, acting as store manager that evening, Drew Klescewski and his sales associate Nichole Backus are extremely dishonest people and should be ashamed of themselves. I hope they learned their individual actions do indeed carry consequences. The news today about H&M and their racist advertisement didn't surprise me at all. This companies' problems start at the top and trickle all the way down to their rude employees. Google "Brenda Moaning" + H&M and read about another horrible incident at an Oregon H&M store.
