  One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered at a Macy’s store period! I had to go all the way to another Macy’s location just to get my return done the proper way, all because these managers are so incompetent at this location. I’m not sure how Macy’s keeps these two managers around? Andrew Stephens and Greg Liberator are running this store into the ground! Hopefully, Macy’s corporate office sees what is going on with these two clowns and gets rid of them! If not, their already low 2.9 rating will soon be going down to 1.9. Good luck Macy’s!
