After spending hundreds of dollars a year here since they opened, tried to exchange (NOT return, exchange!!!) a charm purchased for me online. My receipt clearly states I can do this at any Pandora store, but they say they've "opted out" of these exchanges. I will be taking my Pandora business elsewhere. So should you!
