  The most amazing customer service - compared to all customer service experiences, not just At&t stores or other cell phone companies - these employees are truly on another level of sincere, kind, understanding, and helpful. Would give them more than 5 stars if possible. If you are in Boulder County, don't even bother with other At&t locations. Was not too busy when I arrived, but all of the reps were with clients so the manager jumped up instantly to help me (I have never seen this behavior from other At&t store managers, they typically act as though they are above that and have me wait for a rep to finish while they awkwardly continue doing nothing). Upon leaving, another individual who had since finished with their customer, opened and held the door - who knows if that is an everyday occurrence, but it's the small things, like not having to argue, being treated kindly, and people who get things done right in an efficient manner. Whether the door is held again or not, the customer service at this location was truly refreshing and enough for me to know I will never go to another location again.
