  Not the friendliest of stores. I have lived in 4 states and have shopped in 4 states and when I travel I have went into Victoria's Secret and I have also worked at a VS before. I know what good customer service should be. Some of the management there at that store are so rude! I have had to call customer relations twice to make complaints because of their lack of and less than hospitable experience! I hope that they train some of their employees to be friendlier and not insult the customers. Not sure why some of them are still working at this store. They don't always seem happy to do their job. If you ever have this experience at this store please call customer relations. They think that they can treat you with disrespect and not get called on it. On a happy note, Kirstin (sp)? is AWESOME! She is the only nice thing about that store. Kudos's to you Kirstin! You always smile and you are always pleasant to be around. I thank you for being kind and not rude or judgmental. I think a lot of your co-workers could learn from your professionalism and manners.
